Intermediate doe 464CH wins Reserve in Show at the Vancouver Island Rabbit Breeders Association show in Victoria BC June 11, 2022 under judge Autumn Dennistoun.





Due to the outbreak of RHDV2 in 2018 in B.C., we did not attend any shows in 2018 and attended only a few shows in 2019. And then the COVID-19 pandemic ensured there were no shows in 2020!! Our first show in over two years was hosted by Rabbits BC in Cobble Hill, BC Oct. 16, 2021 and Cedar Hill's Aubergine 452CH was Reserve in Show.

Junior doe 421CH Cedar Hill's Cosette wins Best In Show at the Saanich Fair Aug. 31, 2019 under Judge Cliff Dick.

Intermediate doe 406CH (Cedar Hill's Lucine) is BOB and senior buck L1ES (Merkel Farm's Lionel) is BOS, with judge Chris Zemny at the 100 + 1 VIRBA show B  June 8, 2019 in Victoria, BC.


 

Cedar Hill's Aurora wins Best In Show and Best Open Fur at the Vancouver Island Exhibition August 2017. Aurora ended her show career October 2017 with five Best of Breed wins and six legs of Grand Championship. Daughter of Cedar Hill's Stella x Cedar Hill's Alphonse.


Mountain View's Reynard (Daisy Hill's Reuben x Cedar Hill's Valerie) wins Best In Show at the Saanich Fair Sept. 2, 2017 under judge Jan Coffelt. The next day he was Best of the Best Opposites with judge Cindy Wickizer. He was also Best of the Best Opposites at the Vancouver Island Exhibition in August 2017. Reynard retired with three legs of Grand Championship and is now siring litters.


Cedar Hill's Clementine won Best of Breed out of 52 Champagnes at the Washington State Convention June 24, 2017 (pictured above with Annie Wilson's BOS junior buck on the left, and judge Randy Cler on the right). She was Best of Breed (Best In Show) at the VIRBA Champagne specialty show June 3, 2017 (40 exhibited). Another Cedar Hill doe (since sold) won Best of Breed out of 32 Champagnes under judge Terry Fender at the Inland Empire show in Ritzville, WA May 20, 2017.

Seawind's Leopold (pictured at left, sire of Clementine, above) received Reserve In Show (out of approximately 800 entries) by Judge Allan Ormond at the Great Northwest Show Group show on Dec. 3, 2016 in Monroe, WA. He now has five legs of Grand Championship. This is in addition to a successful fall 2016 show season (three Reserve In Show placements, two overall Best of Best Opposites placements). In 2015 we received three top-10 placings at the American Rabbit Breeders Association (ARBA) national show in Portland, Oregon. Grand champion Cedar Hill's Bartholomew was 3rd place senior buck overallCedar Hill's Alphonse was 4th.
